He later obtained a Coldwell Banker Franchise, and the business has operated as Coldwell Banker, James R. Ford & Associates for the last 25 plus years. In 2002 he sold the Company to Rich Vander Leest, who has continued to operate with the same name. He has continued to work for the company as an Executive Broker.
